Registration guideline 

1. Payment

2. Registration and payment

Register and attach the proof of payment (i.e., transfer slip)  through the registration system. www.incbaa.org 
 

3. Document proof

Document submitted will be verified and logging-in by your Username and Password will be authorized for your paper submission. 
 

4. Submission the article

Log-In to submit the article(s)

Note: Oral presentation will be in English only, the article shall be written  to meet our formatting requirements and does not exceed 15 pages. (Please refer to our sample file)
 

5. Submission of final revised article

Submissions of final revised articles must be submitted in the system by February 4th, 2022
 

6. Prepare to present

Present your article(s) on February 25th, 2022

Important Notes: 

  1. Registrations cancelled, absence, or missed transfer will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Upon rejection of articles, refunds cannot be made.
  3. All participants (presenters and non-presenters) are responsible for bank transfer fees or charges for the registration.
  4. If there is evidence that the authors failed to present the papers at the INCBAA conference on appointed date and time. The papers will not be available in the conference proceeding. In this case, registration fee is not-refundable.
  5. The registration receipt will be available at the registration desk on the conference date.
