Disease Prevention Measures to Prevent the Spread of the COVID-19
for Conference Participants in Pattaya

The Center for the Administration of the Situation due to the Outbreak of the Communicable Disease Coronavirus (COVID-19) categorized Chonburi Province into the blue area province group (The temporarily permitted area). Therefore, the meeting organizing committee is still holding the INCBAA 2022 in Pattaya with the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as follow:

1. Before the event, participants must complete a form of risk assessment and COVID-19 vaccination.
2. All participants must be screened with ATK (Antigen Test Kit) before entering the event area. The conference organizer provides ATK to all participants at no additional cost. Participants are requested to arrive at the event before the registration time for the ATK screening.
3. Participants check their body temperature that must not exceed 37.5 C and wash their hands with alcohol gel before entering the event.
4. Participants must wear masks all the time in the event area, always wash their hands with alcohol gel, and maintain a social distance between people at least 1-2 meters
    

Procedures for the implementation of the COVID-19 Free Setting

Step 1 Before the event, participants must complete a form of risk assessment and COVID-19 vaccination, including choosing the time for ATK screening at

Step 2 Please inform name, phone number, and affiliated agencies or show conference registration evidence of registration at the ATK inspection area.

Step 3 ATK Screening

Step 4 Wait 15 minutes for the screening results.

Step 5 Scan QR Code to upload ATK test results. At

Step 6 Show the uploaded ATK results to the staff. The staff will give a symbol for event passing to you.

Step 7 Register for the conference at the registration desk and receive meeting documents.
