Online presenters must set your name for Zoom as “IDXXX – Name Surname”
(xxx is your Paper ID mentioned in the acceptance letter)
If you don’t know your Paper ID, please check in the list of presenters in the presentation schedule
For online presenters, please log in and stand-by in the assigned break-out room, at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation. You must be present until the Q&A session after your presentation in order to answers questions.
**You must notify your name to the session chair at the beginning of the presentation session via “Chat Zoom”
If the chair of the session fails to find your presence before your scheduled presentation, your presentation VDO will not be presented and the following presenter will replace your time. You may be asked to present the last.
3. When entering Zoom meeting , please mute your microphone and turn on the camera when others are speaking. You can unmute the microphone during the Q&A session if you have questions related to the presented papers.

2. Onsite Presenters
1. Participants must complete the risk assessment form and choose the timeslot of ATK test before entering the venue
at "Form of Risk Assessment and COVID-19 Vaccination" and submit the ATK test result online at

3. On 25th February 2022, after ATK test , please register at the desk to receive the package and submit your presentation file before 9.30 A.M.
4. Please verify your name, scheduled presentation and break out rooms at the registration desk. This is important for the certificate delivery.
